PROPOSED RESOLUTION

TO CONCUR THE APPOINTMENT ATTY. CESAR M. DATAYA AS CITY ASSESSOR (CITY GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENT HEAD II) OF

THE CITY OF DAVAO

WHEREAS, Mayor Rodrigo R. Duterte has appointed Atty. Cesar M. Dataya as City Assessor (City Government Department Head II) of the City of Davao on November 29, 2007;

WHEREAS, the documents for the appointment which was Permanent in Status were forwarded to the City Council on the same day, November 29, 2007; Dataya replaced Atty. Edelito Domingo who passed away on October 9, 2007;

WHEREAS, Atty. Dataya possesses all the qualifications and none of the disqualifications for the said position;

WHEREAS, Atty. Dataya has served the City Government in a number of positions relevant to his appointment including Legal Officer V and City Housing Officer;

WHEREFORE, premises considered, be it resolved, as it is hereby resolved, to concur the appointment of Atty. Cesar M. Dataya as City Assessor of the City of Davao;

RESOLVED further that copies of this Resolution be furnished the City Mayor, the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG), the Davao Board of Realtors Foundation, Inc., the mass media, and all others interested for their information and appropriate action.
